General Conditions of Order

Products manufactureed and/or sold by Electro-Optic Devices Inc. are not authorized for use as critical components in life support devices or systems. A critical component is any component of a life support device or system whose failure to perform can be reasonably expected to cause the failure of the life support device or system, or to affect its safety or effectiveness. Any attempt to purchase any product for that purpose is null and void and Electro-Optic Devices Inc. accepts no liability whatsoever in contract, tort or otherwise whether or not resulting from our or our employees' negligence or failure to detect an improper purchase.

Do Not Use Products Manufactured and/or Sold by Electro-Optic Devices as Critical Components in Life Support Devices or Systems.

Domestic Orders

Terms and Conditions

Minimum $50.00 order required

Visa/Mastercard, Pre-pay or COD orders accepted. Bank (wire) transfers are subject to a $15.00 processing fee.

Purchase orders - Net 30 days

D&B rated ("good" or higher), credit accepted companies, federal and local government agencies and recognized institutions.

U.S. colleges and universities may be eligible for a 10% discount on qualifying orders when charged to a credit card.

Shipping

All shipments are made Freight on Board (F.O.B.) Atlanta, Georgia, USA. Appropriate tax and insurance may be added to shipping costs.

Shipments are made via Fedex, DHL or USPS Priority or Express Mail.

Shipments can be made via UPS only when requested and only when the customer provides a UPS account number. UPS shipments will be subject to a $10.00 handling fee.

When unspecified, we ship "best-way" at our discretion.

International Orders

Terms and Conditions

Minimum $100.00 order required

All orders of foreign origin are exported in accordance with U.S. Export Administration Regulations.

Visa, Mastercard or Pre-pay (U.S. funds only) via certified check or bank draft on a U.S. Bank or International Money Order in U.S. dollars. All international shipments are subject to a $10.00 documentation fee. Additionally, bank (wire) transfers are subject to a $25.00 processing fee.

International orders may include a handling fee and may incur additional costs due to customs duty or tariff at time of delivery.

Shipping

International shipments are made via Fedex International Service only. We DO NOT ship USPS, DHL or UPS internationally.

When unspecified, we ship "best-way" at our discretion.

Return Policy

• All return items require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
• All returned/late-canceled items with a special option suffix (eg. ECH-2-SMA, ETX-10A-90, etc.) are subject to a 30% restocking/cancellation fee.
• Non-Recurring Engineering (NRE) associated with any order is non-refundable and may be non-cancelable in whole or in part.
• Returns made without an RMA number are not accepted.
• Items returned for refund must be in original condition.
• Modified or altered items cannot be returned for refund.
• Laser diode orders are non-returnable and may not be cancelable for quantities > 10 pieces.
• Refunds are not granted beyond 30 days after shipment.
• Shipping and associated costs are non-refundable.
